Details: Incomplete Package support for the XC7A30T devices in PlanAhead.
PlanAhead does not support the following packages for 7A30T devices

Resolution: The workaround is to use do pin-planning via the UCF file, instead of
PlanAhead software for this device.
GTP SecureIP model
